Beginning on April 20, BJP national leaders will carpet bomb Karnataka

The Karnataka Lok Sabha elections are in just a few days, and the BJP has scheduled a blitzkrieg by its national leaders to begin on April 20, five days before the elections. One well-known figurehead will participate in many demonstrations and road shows across the state each day.

On Wednesday, V Sunil Kumar, the general secretary of the BJP in Karnataka state and convener of the Election Management Committee, said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi would be speaking at a public rally in Chikkaballapur on April 20. The gathering will also include speeches from party activists from Kolar and Chikkaballapur. After that, he would speak to party members in Bangalore’s South, North, Central, and Rural constituencies at the Palace Grounds in Bengaluru.

JP Nadda, the national president of the BJP, will visit the state for two days starting April 21. “The locations have not yet been confirmed,” Kumar said.

On April 23, Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be in Bengaluru for the whole day. At 10 am, he is scheduled to participate in a roadshow in Yeshwanthpur. Later, at 12:30 p.m., he will speak at a Yelahanka public gathering. Additionally, he stated, “He will participate in roadshows in Bommanahalli at 4 p.m. and Mahadevapura at 7 p.m.

Shah is scheduled to speak at a public gathering in Chikkamagaluru on April 24. Later on, he is scheduled to attend a conference for backward classes in Tumakuru, and later that evening, he is scheduled to participate in a roadshow in Hubballi.

Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, will do a roadshow in Rajarajeshwarinagar, Bengaluru, on April 24. He’ll be at Madikeri later. He would be in Malpe in Udupi on the same day, according to Kumar. The locations of Defence Minister Rajnath Singh’s April 24 visit to Karnataka are still pending.

15 Lakh participants in the Modi campaign

On April 21 and 28, the BJP will host the “Naanu Modi Parivaara, Modigaagi meesalu e Bhanuvara” campaign, which means “I am part of Modi’s family and I am dedicating this Sunday to Modi.” Ordinary people, not political figures, are involved in the candidates’ campaigns. We anticipate that more than 15 lakh participants would come from all around the state. Each booth will have 50 workers assigned to it, and the workers will canvass in groups, according to Kumar.

“CM needs to elaborate on Nimbalkar’s assertion.”

Kumar asked an explanation from Chief Minister Siddaramaih over whether or not moving some of Belagavi to Maharashtra was part of the party’s strategy, citing a comment made by Uttara Kannada Congress candidate Dr. Anjali Nimbalkar. Siddaramiah remained silent while pro-Pakistan chants were shouted inside Vidhana Soudha. Congress leaders remained silent when the DMK said that they would halt the Mekedatu project. Additionally, they gave Cauvery water to Tamil Nadu, he said. In Bangalore Rural and other Lok Sabha seats, where there are more sensitive and hypersensitive booths, the BJP is pleading for the deployment of paramilitary personnel.
