Congress and BRS crushed Telangana’s dreams: PM Modi at Nagarkurnool

NAGARKURNOOL: On Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a hard stance against Congress and Bharat Rasthra Samithi, claiming that the two parties had combined to ruin Telangana’s hopes and ambitions.
Speaking at a gathering at Nagarkurnool, Prime Minister Modi said that he observed the Telangana people’s decision to elect Modi to a third term.

“In due course, the dates of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections will be declared in Delhi. Even before the election dates are formally published, the populace of the nation has already declared the results. The nation has declared ‘abki baar 400 paar’, and this gathering in Nagarkurnool is evidence of that,” Prime Minister Modi said.
“As per the poll conducted by news channels, it’s clear that for the BJP, it’s going to be… ‘Abki Baar, 400 Paar’!” said he.
“Telangana’s ambitions have been dashed by Congress and BRS. The’maha loot’ of BRS was first, and now it’s the ‘buri nazar’ of Congress. Congress believes that Telangana may be destroyed in only five years.”
The Prime Minister went on to say that his administration has made Telangana’s development a top priority for the last ten years.
Telangana is referred to as the ‘Gateway of the South’. We have given Telangana’s development top priority during the last ten years. Telangana’s opinions on the BRS and Congress policies remained split. Together, these two groups have shattered Telangana’s hopes and goals. “First it was the’maha loot’ of BRS, and now it’s the ‘buri nazar’ of Congress,” he said.
According to PM Modi, Congress just needs five years to completely demolish Telangana.
“Has there been any change in the lives of poor people since Congress adopted the slogan ‘Garibi Hatao?'” PM Modi asks the Telangana people.
The BJP is planning tactics to increase its representation in the state’s Lok Sabha by winning more seats this time around. Top party officials have already given Telangana their full attention.
For the 2019 Lok Sabha elections in Telangana, the Bharatiya Janata Party has officially declared candidates for nine of the state’s seventeen parliamentary seats.
This year’s Lok Sabha elections are anticipated to take place in April or May.
