Delhi: 25-Year-Old Ice-Cream Seller Accused of Stalking Death Near India Gate

Late on Wednesday night, in the vicinity of Delhi’s India Gate, a brawl resulted in the death of a 25-year-old ice cream seller by stabbing.

On Thursday morning, the suspect was apprehended and taken to the police station to undergo more questioning.

The Delhi police claim that a murder complaint under IPC Section 302 was filed and that the offender was located with the assistance of CCTV cameras placed in the surrounding businesses.

It has been determined that the victim of the knife assault was Prabhakar.

The victim passed away from his wounds when the police brought him to the hospital after learning about the incident.

The preliminary investigation indicates that the deceased was assaulted with a knife as a result of a struggle, according to authorities. The dead had three wounds on his body, the deepest of which caused his demise. From the victim’s bag, we have also found a watch and some cash.

Additionally, preliminary investigations have shown that the accused got into a fight with the victim when he arrived to purchase ice cream, and that’s when the accused stabbed the ice cream seller.
