Delhi schoolboys beat and sexually abuse a classmate; one is taken into custody

An east Delhi school’s eighth-grader kid, 14, was severely beaten by his peers, according to a senior police officer’s statement on Saturday. He went on to say that one of the accused even stuck a “wooden stick” in the victim’s private area.

The officer said that the minor who was charged was taken into custody and presented before the Juvenile Justice Board.

The child was brought to the hospital on April 2 after he was reportedly battered by his classmates, according to the police, who are reporting the event from a Noida hospital. An investigative investigator was sent right away to the hospital after we got information from the Noida hospital where the victim youngster was hospitalized, the officer said.

The kid told his parents and the police about the event, claiming that his classmates had assaulted him and that one of them had even stuck a wooden stick in his buttocks.

The victim said that after fighting with a classmate on March 13, the accused attacked him on March 18, five days later. The victim did not tell anybody about the occurrence out of fear of retaliation.

But when his wounds, particularly those to his privates, became worse, on March 20 he complained of a stomach pain, and a local doctor was called. On March 28, when his health did not get better, he was brought to the hospital.

The youngster was operated on by the physicians, who also told the victim’s relatives that their child had been raped by having a foreign object inserted into his privates. After regaining consciousness, the youngster told his parents and the police everything.

The police also said that the victim had reportedly been intimidated by the accused juvenile for not telling anybody about the event.

The Indian Penal Code’s sections 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 341 (punishment for wrongful restraint), 377 (unnatural offenses), 506 (criminal intimidation), and section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act were all invoked by the police in response to the boy’s statement.

The accused youngster was quickly taken into custody, and the victim received counseling. Following the event, the victim’s parents and family staged demonstrations outside the school on April 3 to call for the accused juvenile to face consequences. The family, whose attendance with the school principal was refused, accused the administration of being careless and uncooperative.

The event is still being looked investigated, according to the police.
