Delhi: Student in Class 8 assaulted, stick stuck in his or her privates; classmate restrained

According to authorities, on Saturday, a student at a private school reportedly beat up and stuck a wooden stick in the private area of a 14-year-old kid, resulting in demonstrations in east Delhi.

According to authorities, the perpetrator has been found and brought before the Juvenile Justice Board. The victim’s relatives believe that more kids may have been involved in the attack.

According to Deputy Commissioner of Police (East), Apoorva Gupta, the event took place at the private school on April 2.

The victim, an eighth-grade boy, and his classmate reportedly got into an argument about who was beating the table during class.

The victim reported to the authorities that he was beaten and had a wooden stick stuck in his privates by a mask-wearing classmate.

According to Gupta, the juvenile offender allegedly threatened him with severe repercussions if he informed anybody about the incident.

According to the police officer, the physicians informed the authorities that the youngster had injuries after a foreign item was placed into his rear.

Following the event, the victim’s parents and relatives demonstrated outside the school on April 3 and demanded that something be done.

Another police officer said that the victim has been counseled and that legal action has been started.

Investigations reveal that the youngster and his classmate got into a fight over who was banging the table more than once.

They got into a fight, which was broken up by the instructor, according to the police.

According to an officer, they got into a fight again later on. The family members have claimed that additional pupils were engaged in the attack.

A complaint has been filed under the Protection of Children from Sexual offenses Act, section 506 (criminal intimidation), section 377 (unnatural offenses), section 341 (penalty for unlawful restraint), and section 323 (voluntarily inflicting pain).

The officer said that further investigation is being conducted.
