During election campaigning, Muktsar AAP leaders “miss” Arvind Kejriwal

The party in power, the AAP, is the first to have announced all 13 of its candidates for the next Lok Sabha elections. But, the party’s candidates are feeling the lack of Arvind Kejriwal, the former chief minister of Delhi and current party convenor, in their campaigns. One AAP candidate running for Bathinda, Gurmeet Singh Khuddian, said, “My family members, including my sons and nephews, are running my election campaign.” Khuddian was announced as the party’s nominee on March 14. But the absence of party convenor Kejriwal ji is noticeable, particularly in cities. But I have no doubt that those who have locked him up without any proof will get a proper response from the electorate.

In a same vein, Muktsar MLA Jagdeep Singh Kaka Brar, the AAP’s candidate for Ferozepur, said, “The lack of a leader is always felt.” It is a truth, however, that Punjabis would not put up with this kind of victimization. They will respond appropriately by voting for the people who are driving this politics of revenge. Across the state, there are supporters of Kejriwal ji who have sworn allegiance to this.

Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann has met with party leaders at several areas. In the coming days, he is also anticipated to begin organizing rallies in each of his constituencies. In the meantime, Sunita Kejriwal, the wife of Arvind Kejriwal, and other party officials have been designated by the AAP as the star campaigners for Gujarat. It is anticipated that she would also run in Punjab.
