FIR against six people, among them a lady who said that Ravi Kishan is her daughter’s father

Six persons are the subject of a formal complaint (FIR) lodged at the Hazratganj police station. Among them is a lady who claimed that her daughter is fathered by BJP lawmaker Ravi Kishan Shukla from Gorakhpur.

The Samajwadi Party leader Vivek Kumar Pandey, writer Khurshid Khan, Aparna Thakur, her husband Rajesh Soni, daughter Shenova Soni, son Sonak Soni, and Ravi Kishan’s wife Preeti Shukla are all named in the First Information Report (FIR).

In a public statement, Aparna Thakur said that Ravi Kishan was not accepting their daughter from her second marriage. She asked for justice for her daughter, who she says is the child of her marriage to Kishan, at the news conference.

She said that she will be taking this to court.

Authorities said that the defendants are charged under many IPC provisions, including as 120-B (conspiracy), 195 (false evidence), 386 (intimidation), 388 (threat), 504 (insult), and 506 (criminal intimidation).

According to the FIR, Aparna Thakur threatened Preeti Shukla and wanted a ransom of Rs 20 crore, citing her contacts in the underworld. If demands were not satisfied, she allegedly threatened to implicate Ravi Kishan in a fictitious rape case.

Others are implicated in the case by the FIR as well.

According to the FIR, she also complained to the Mumbai Police, but on April 15, Aparna held a bogus news conference in Lucknow.

The Bhojpuri movie actor Ravi Kishan, who has represented Gorakhpur in the next Lok Sabha elections since 2019, has received another nomination from the BJP.
