Hotels give voters a discount

The Hotel Association of Patiala is offering all residents who are exercising their right to vote a special discount of 25% on food and drinks as part of an attempt to increase voter participation in the Lok Sabha election.

By displaying their inked finger, all voters may get a special discount at renowned hotels in the city, according to Association President Gurdeep Singh Walia.

On behalf of the Patiala district administration, S Rekhi, the nodal officer of the district SVEEP team, expressed gratitude to the Association for providing this unique opportunity to increase voter participation.
