In the following five years, this election aims to establish India as a major global power: Modi during an MP election rally

The goal of the current Lok Sabha election, according to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is to make India a major global force in the next five years. He also said that a strong and stable administration is necessary given the state of the globe today.

“This election aims to establish India as a major global force… In an international context where warfare is prevalent, it is essential for India’s government to operate on a war footing. “A robust government is necessary during this period, and the BJP government with a complete majority is the only one that can achieve this,” the prime minister said during a Madhya Pradesh election rally in Damoh.

Additionally, Modi said that the Congress had weakened the defense industry for decades while in power and that the opposition party opposed the arrival of French-made Rafale fighter fighters in India.

However, Modi said that his administration is bolstering the defense industry. “Our defense forces are becoming more independent under the BJP leadership, and India is selling weaponry to other nations. The Philippines is receiving BrahMos supersonic cruise missiles from India, he claimed.

Modi said, “A neighboring country that is supplying ‘aatank’ (terror) is now struggling for ‘aata’ (flour),” seemingly referring to Pakistan.

The Prime Minister reaffirmed his government’s commitment to the welfare of the underprivileged while highlighting the fact that the Center has extended the free ration program for around 80 crore people for an additional five years.

Iqbal Ansari, a former petitioner in the Ramjanmabhoomi-Babri Masjid controversy, was commended by Modi for accepting an offer to attend the consecration ceremony of the Ram temple in Ayodhya on January 22. He also criticized the opposition for choosing to abstain from the event.
