One brandished a national weapon

Jaspreet Singh, also known as Jashan, of Akali Colony has been taken into custody by the Beas police on suspicion of having a weapon created in the nation.

A police squad on patrol in Beas caught him. A country-made firearm (desi katta) with a.315 bore caliber was taken from him by the police during a search.

Under the Arms Act, the police have filed a complaint against the defendant, and further investigation is ongoing.
