“Patel’s resignation as speaker caused MVA to fall.”

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: On Monday, former chief minister and BJP member of the Rajya Sabha Ashok Chavan said that if Congress leader Nana Patole had not quit as Maharashtra assembly speaker in 2021, the MVA government in Maharashtra would still be in power.

“I would not hold Devendra Fadnavis accountable for toppling the MVA administration. Speaking at an election rally in Bhokar, Nanded district, he remarked, “Patel resigned from the speaker’s position to become party president, and Congress is in bad shape because of him.”

Some political commentators believe that Patole’s appointment as speaker may have aided MVA in disqualifying the dissident MLAs from the Shiv Sena.
In Nanded, he was sharing the dais with deputy chief minister Devendra Fadnavis. After Narendra Modi is elected to a third term as prime minister, “I think necessary development will continue to take place in the next five years,” he said.
According to Fadnavis, Nanded was the source of three bogies for Modi’s “development train.” “Ashok Cha is here.”
