Phase 2 Polling of the Lok Sabha Election 2024 on April 26: List of Documents Needed to Vote, How to Check the Polling Booth

On April 26, polls for the 89 seats and 13 states that make up the Lok Sabha will open at 7 a.m.

The elections, this year will be performed in seven stages, the first phase was done on April 19 and the second phase is slated for April 26. The third phase is scheduled for May 7, the fourth for May 13, the fifth for May 20, the sixth for May 25, and the seventh for June 1. On June 4, the votes will be tallied.

Kerala, where all of the state will cast ballots, will be the most important constituency in the second round of voting, followed by Karnataka, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Assam, among other states.

There are a few key facts that all voters need to know before voting season begins.

RECORDS NECESSARY FOR VOTING
Voting in the elections is open to anybody whose name is on the electoral register.

Voter ID, passport, driver’s license, and Aadhar card
PAN card
MNREGA employment document

smart card provided by RGI under NPR Passbook with a picture from a state bank or post office Service identification cards with photos from central or state government agencies given to personnel

government; public limited corporation; PSU
Health insurance smart cards provided under the Ministry of Labor’s program Pension document with picture

MPs, MLAs, MLCs, and others are granted official identification cards.

Choose your favorite language and enter your state.
Enter your name, last name, birthdate, and gender.
Choose your assembly constituency and district.
After entering the captcha code, choose “Search.”
