Salman Khan residence shooting: Mumbai police department finds a second handgun in the Tapi River in Surat

Mumbai: A second handgun, four magazines, and seventeen bullets were found in the Tapi River near Surat, indicating that the Mumbai Crime Branch had made great strides in the Salman Khan fire case. The criminal branch had already discovered one handgun in the river on Monday; this recovery follows that discovery.
Investigators found that during their escape from Mumbai to Bhuj in Gujarat, Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal had dumped the guns and ammunition in the Tapi River close to Surat.

The shooting incident that occurred on April 14 outside Salman Khan’s apartment building, Galaxy Apartments, is said to have included both handguns.
Because the suspects are thought to have made many bank transactions, the police are also looking for the accused’s phones in the river.
Two individuals on a motorcycle opened fire outside the actor’s flat at approximately five in the morning, then took off. The suspects were seen carrying bags and donning headgear on CCTV video.

The Mumbai Crime Branch has added three more sections to the FIR against the accused as the inquiry progresses: IPC 506(2) (threatening), 115 (abetment), and 201 (tampering with evidence).
In relation to the crime, gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and his brother Anmol Bishnoi have been listed as sought. Anmol has taken credit for the assault on Facebook.
Vicky Gupta, 24, and Sagar Pal, 21, originally from Bihar, were taken into custody by Kutch Police and then turned over to the Mumbai Crime Branch.
The accused were brought before the court after a medical checkup, and the judge remanded them to the Mumbai Crime Branch’s custody until April 25.
