Suneetha asks Avinash Reddy, “Why not turn over phone to CBI detectives in the Vivekananda murder case?”

The murder case of former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy’s daughter, N Suneetha, has accused Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy of politicizing the issue.

Speaking to the media in Kadapa on Tuesday, she questioned Avinash Reddy about why he had never raised the issue of the case’s investigation’s delay, stating that Dastagiri’s appointment as approver does not imply he can get away with it. He was accused by Suneetha of not assisting the investigative authorities.

She refuted Avinash’s allegation that Google Takeout was falsified, stating that the CBI, Survey of India, and FSL came up with the report. “What grievances do the Survey of India and FSL have against Avinash Reddy?” Suneetha made a joke.

She also suggested that the Kadapa MP turn in his phone to the CBI and assist in the investigation to establish his innocence. Regarding the SIT statement, she insisted that SIT had taken notice of Avinash’s meaningless remarks as well as her current remarks. “The case was transferred to the CBI precisely because of that,” she said, adding that the Telangana High Court heard the case since the witnesses were near death.

Viveka’s daughter refuted Avinash’s claim that he spoke without proof, pointing out that her maternal uncle N Sivaprakash Reddy was not there at the moment. She said, “Viveka ran an ad for you, but what did you do to him?”

Even though her cousin’s brother held the position of Chief Minister, she said that in her father’s murder case, justice had eluded them. Suneetha questioned why Avinash was appointed MP and why Sharmila, who worked hard for the YSRC, was not awarded a seat in 2014. She questioned, “Did Jagan have no obligation to carry out his paternal uncle’s last wish?
