Traffic Curbs on the Yamuna and Noida Expressways for 5 Days: Avoidance Routes for the UP International Trade Show

Given the international trade fair and MotoGP race, the Noida Traffic Police on Wednesday issued a traffic advice prohibiting vehicular movement on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway from September 21–25.

The alert states that beginning from 6 a.m. on Thursday, entrance and movement of heavy, medium, and light cargo trucks from Delhi to Gautam Buddha Nagar would be limited.

Additionally, the DND Flyway, Chilla Road, Kalindi Kunj, New Ashok Nagar, and Jhundpura borders would not be accessible to large trucks.

Buses, large trucks, and non-commercial vehicles would also not be permitted on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway or the Yamuna Expressway, with the exception of those transporting necessities like milk, vegetables, and medications.

The advice further said that restrictions will be placed close to Pari Chowk and that vehicle traffic would be affected across the city.

The Noida traffic police have also provided two helplines (9971009001 and 9355057381) for assistance with traffic-related issues during the summit, and they advise commuters to use the metro on the aforementioned days.
