Tripura CM praises the Vande Bharat train service as a “game changer” as she rides it

Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha, who was traveling on a Vande Bharat train on Friday night, commended Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Indian Railways for introducing the service, calling it a “game changer.”

Tripura Chief Minister Saha boarded a semi-high-speed Vande Bharat train from Maldaha and was heading to Howrah.
In addition, he uploaded a little video of himself on a train reading a book.
“VandeBharat trains will be the game-changer in the #AmritKaal. After visiting the South and North Maldaha Lok Sabha Constituencies for two days, I am traveling to Howrah via the #VandeBharatExpress today on the New India train,” Saha said in a post on ‘X.’

He said, “I sincerely thank Hon’ble PM Shri @narendramodi Ji, who fulfilled his promise of smooth and quick railway services via Vande Bharat trains.”
The first semi-high-speed train in India, the Vande Bharat Express, is outfitted with top-rate passenger facilities. Because of its quicker acceleration and deceleration, it can reach high speeds and save travel times by 25% to 45%.
The Ministry of Railways claims that the Vande Bharat Express features travel classes similar to the Shatabdi Train but with superior amenities and a top speed of 160 kmph.
It seeks to provide travelers a novel travel experience. On February 15, 2019, the inaugural Vande Bharat Express train was launched along the New Delhi, Kanpur, Allahabad, and Varanasi routes.
