On home soil, the Mandi kabaddi squad defeats the Army team

Padhar in Mandi is hosting the yearly district-level Kisan fair from April 15 to 19. At the fair, a number of sporting events are scheduled. Eight teams participated in the kabaddi championship with tremendous fervor.

Rakesh Patial, the Padhar Block Development Officer, was the event’s principal guest.

Mandi defeated Army 7 Star in the men’s Kabaddi final, which took place in the category.

Twelve teams are competing in the volleyball tournament, while twenty-two are in the badminton competition, according to an event spokeswoman.

“The winning volleyball team will receive INR 11,000, while the runner-up team will receive INR 8,100.” The winning Kabaddi team will take home Rs 8,100, while the runner-up team will take home Rs 5,100. The victor of a badminton match will get Rs. 2100, and the runner-up will receive Rs. 1500,” he said.
