“This will allow our farmers to prosper from a technical standpoint,” he said. Information on technology and innovation being used in the global agricultural industry, from seed to market, will be presented at this event.

The Chief Minister said that the second edition of Krishi Kumbh is expected to draw more than two lakh farmers, ten partner nations, and more than 500 national and international corporations and organizations.

All agricultural colleges, agricultural scientific centers, reputable national and international companies/institutions of agriculture and allied sectors, as well as progressive farmers, should be asked to participate, he added.

In response to a question on the conference’s international scope, the chief minister said that several agricultural innovations are being carried out in nations including Japan, Israel, Croatia, Poland, Peru, Germany, USA, Philippines, South Korea, and Indonesia.

He said that attempts should be made to get in touch with Indian embassies and high commissioners in the relevant countries and invite them to participate in Krishi Kumbh as partner nations, along the lines of the Global Investors Summit.

It is important to note that the conference’s main event will take place at the Indian Sugarcane Research Institute in Lucknow, with a curtain-raiser event taking place in New Delhi prior to that.
