Examinees shared the math and biology question papers from the UP Class 12 Board on a Whatsapp group

An hour after the exams started on Thursday, the mathematics and biology question papers from the Uttar Pradesh class 12 board exam were reportedly posted on a WhatsApp group here, leading the authorities to file a police complaint. An FIR has been filed in Fatehpur Sikri in response to a complaint made by Dinesh Kumar, the District Inspector of Schools (DIOS) in Agra.

The complaint cited the principal of Atar Singh Inter College, Rajhauli, at Kiraoli in Fathepur Sikri, along with his son who has a computer operator position at the institution, and other individuals, according to the First Information Report. The question papers were allegedly shared by the principal’s son on the WhatsApp group “All Princiapls Agra.”

Speaking with PTI, Dr. Mukesh Agrawal, Joint Director of the Secondary Education Department and Exam Observer, said, “We have formed a committee following the incident, and accordingly directed the officials concerned to take necessary steps in this regard.” There will be legal action taken against the perpetrators. According to authorities, the question papers were distributed one hour after the test started for the second shift.
