On August 8, 2023, all private schools in Uttar Pradesh will be shut down. All private schools in the state that are associated with the CBSE, ICSE, and UP Board have taken the initiative to protest the arrest of the principal of the Azamgarh School. The Unaided Private School Association meeting makes the decision. It is important to note, nevertheless, that the UP government has not mandated any kind of formal vacation for August 8, 2023.
Government schools in Uttar Pradesh will operate regularly. The choice was made in light of the arrests of an Azamgarh school administrator and a teacher. When a student from their school fell from the school building on Monday and died, the two were detained. Anil Agarwal, president of the Unaided Private School Association of Uttar Pradesh, presented the facts.
The girl’s parents claimed that their daughter went to excessive lengths because she was being bullied by the instructor and the administration. In a press statement, the Unaided Private School Association said that the parents of the dead girls are not paying attention and are threatening to file a FIR over even the smallest grievance. In a news statement, the organization said that “if a student takes any improper action, the entire blame falls on the school administration, the principal, or the teacher.”
On Monday night, the girl’s father called the police and accused the two of “ill-treating” his daughter and making her feel humiliated in front of other people. Authorities claim that more inquiry is continuing and that choices will be taken in light of the information at hand. The autopsy was carried out by a group of medical professionals, and Anurag Arya, the superintendent of police in Azamgarh, claims that the procedure was caught on video. Arya assured everyone that the investigation would be done in a scientific manner and that anybody found guilty would be punished.
