UP Govt School Principal is Detained for Sexually Assaulting Female Students
The acting principal of a government upper primary school in this area was detained on Friday, according to authorities, for allegedly assaulting several female pupils. Sanjay Tiwari, the Amethi Basic Education Officer, said that Ram Krishna, the acting principal of the upper primary school located inside the Mohanganj police station jurisdiction, had been accused of molestation by the parents of certain female pupils.
The investigator said, “During the preliminary investigation, it was discovered that Ram Krishna had inappropriately touched a few girl students in the previous few months.” According to the results, police detained Krishna and filed a FIR against him under the appropriate provisions of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act.
