Lucknow: These days, preparations for the first phase of vaccination are being done in Uttar Pradesh from January 16. For this, 311 centers are being built in the entire state where vaccination will be done.
Additional Chief Secretary Medical and Health Amit Mohan Prasad said that a total of 1,33,621 samples were examined in one day yesterday. A total of 2,58,41,533 samples have been investigated so far in the state. He informed that in the last 24 hours, there have been 506 new cases of corona infection. Out of 10,080 active corona cases, 3,796 people are in home isolation. So far, 3,48,335 people have gone for home isolation in the state, out of which 3,44,539 people have completed home isolation period.
Discharge in 24 hours
He said that 539 people in the state in 24 hours and a total of 5,76,519 people have been properly discharged from Kovid-19. A population of 15,19,01,447 of 3,12,52,129 households has been surveyed through the surveillance team through 5,06,332 team days. He informed that 5,788 people have taken medical advice in 24 hours through e-Sanjeevani in the state. So far 3,91,429 people have received medical consultation through e-Sanjeevani.
Vaccination session will continue till this time
Prasad said that in the first phase starting from January 16, action will be taken to apply vaccine at 311 centers of the state. About 1.75 lakh vaccine doses have been received so far and have reached all the districts. The session of vaccination in the state will run from 9 am to 5 pm. He informed that the training of health workers for vaccination has been completed.
