Yogi Adityanath receives a threat of death. Filed Case, Looking To Arrest Accused

Deoria, Uttar Pradesh: Police today said that they have filed a FIR and are attempting to identify the offender in connection with a social media post that used derogatory language and threatened to murder Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

According to Superintendent of Police (SP) Sankalp Sharma, a young guy by the name of Ajit Yadav threatened to murder the chief minister in a message posted on social media platform X. The message has been making the rounds on social media since Wednesday night.

Around three in the morning on the intervening night of Wednesday and Thursday, the police filed a formal complaint (FIR) against Yadav under the relevant sections at the Rudrapur police station after becoming aware of the viral message, he said.

The policeman went on to say that attempts are being made to identify the offender and that investigations are ongoing in this respect.

The guy also discusses the district’s violence on October 2, which resulted from a land dispute and lost six lives.

The teenager had threatened to murder Yogi if his home was dismantled, after a local court had previously determined that Prem Yadav, one of the parties, had erected it on government property.

Prem Yadav (50), a former member of the district panchayat, was assassinated by competitor Satyaprakash Dubey and his family after they ambushed him with sharp-edged weapons when he went to their home.

In revenge, Yadav’s Abhaipur followers soon assaulted Dubey’s home and murdered him, his wife Kiran (52) and daughters Saloni (18) and Nandani (10), as well as their son Gandhi (15).
