A pilot proposes to his flight attendant girlfriend, and this is what happens next. Love is in the air

The inventiveness with which couples may use marriage proposals is one of their most alluring features. There are many different approaches to popping the question: big and exquisite, low-key and intimate, and everything in between. On a recent trip from Warsaw to Krakow, a Polish pilot proposed to his girlfriend, a flight attendant, and she happily accepted. LOT Polish Airlines posted a video of Captain Konrad Hanc proposing to Paula on Facebook on Monday. Hanc is seen clutching a bouquet.

Hanc expressed his hope that the “very special person” on the aircraft “doesn’t expect anything” in the video.

The pilot went on to say that around 1.5 years ago, while working in this industry, he met the “most wonderful person” who completely changed his life. On a trip to Kraków, he first met Paula.

You have the utmost value to me. My biggest dream has come true in you. For this reason, honey, I must ask you for a favor. Are you going to marry me? As he asked, he knelt down and clutched a bundle of flowers.

Hanc’s soon-to-be wife wrapped her arms around her partner and said, “Of course, I will,” after sprinting down the aisle.

“Maybe this isn’t the right hand for this,” she laughed as Hanc handed her the ring. “She said, yes!” he then told to the other passengers on the aircraft.

“Engagement on board LOT! Captain Konrad proposed to Stewardess Paula during a flight to Kraków, the city where they first met,” the airline said on Facebook on April 22.

The caption claimed that there wouldn’t be any more emotional stuff today.

LOT Polish Airlines called the proposal “an unusual and extremely touching event” and revealed that the Captain had covertly prepared the whole thing for his chosen one in a short statement obtained by PEOPLE.

The captain had asked the fiancées’ family to go with them, so they were all on board and delightedly watched as the attendant took off the engagement ring.

Many people congratulated one other in the Facebook post’s comments section. One person said, “Beautiful! I appreciate LOT sharing the heartwarming tales of your workers.

A another person said, “Very well done! I’m wishing you two a lifetime of joy and love.”

“There is pure love in the air,” another person said.
