After dogs escape the pet cafe, 100 huskies take over the mall

A client of a pet café unintentionally left the door open, allowing 100 Huskies to take over a Chinese mall for a short while. The proprietor of the business was giving the dogs some much-needed attention when the event happened on March 12 at a retail center in Shenzhen, Guangdong province. This caused an adrenaline spike.

The website Xigua Video claims that before the cafe’s employees could gather up the dogs, mayhem broke out.

The South China Morning Post released footage of the Huskies racing around the floor and attempting to declare their independence.

“Every husky fled the cafe,” it was stated. Huo, one of the employees. It’s a blessing that they were discovered quickly.

The dogs were apparently thrilled to see the owner of the café, but their happiness was short-lived when a subsequent visitor neglected to lock the door before entering.

The employees and patrons’ assistance took around sixty minutes to escort all one hundred Huskies back inside the eatery. Huo was helped by a female colleague who was part of the pursuit, but she was left looking for a few brave dogs who had fled farther than the rest of the pack.

The dogs finally became lost and knew just one route home since they were unfamiliar with the remainder of the retail mall.

The crew said that as “punishment” for their successful escape, they were later served chicken legs.

Over the last several years, pet café culture has gained enormous favor across China; in 2020 alone, 3,638 new locations opened in Shanghai. These eateries allow patrons to enjoy food and beverages while interacting with animals.

Every location offers a different, distinctive experience. According to Xifei Daily, customers may pay up to 200 yuan (about Rs 2,349) to spend an hour with their favorite animals.
