Bengali Teacher Uses Chalk to Construct a Miniature Ayodhya Ram Temple

Following the dedication of the Lord Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya on January 22, a distinct happy vibe is spreading across the nation. Everyone is traveling to Ayodhya, from famous individuals to common folk, in order to get a sight of Lord Shri Ram. Everybody is embracing the Lord in their own unique manner. A resident of Cooch Behar, West Bengal, has been in the news for creating a little figure of the Ram Temple using a cutter and chalk. The individual in question is identified as Bijan Sarkar, who is an artist by passion and a teacher by profession, according to sources. He’s a small-scale artist. Everyone is praising his most recent artwork, which depicts the Ayodhya Ram Mandir.

Bijan Sarkar recently said that he has been fascinated by microart since he was a little boy in an interview with Local 18. Since his school days, he has been creating sculptures of this kind. He is a teacher by trade, but his interest is art.

He had the notion to write Lord Ram’s temple in chalk one day when he was seated in class. The chalk then turned into his painting. Afterwards, he used coloring chalks to carve the 3-inch-tall Ram temple of Ayodhya in precisely the same manner. He also included a saffron flag at the top. The unique aspect of his artwork is that it was completed in a single day.

His little Ram Temple is the center of interest for all. His little duplicate is the reason why so many people are visiting his home. In addition, the sight of this Ram temple surprises his family members. He said that he plans to create idols of Mamata Banerjee and Narendra Modi in the near future.

Prior to its consecration ceremony on January 22, a forty-year-old Odisha teacher and miniature artist had constructed a five-and-a-half-inch-long Ram temple in Ayodhya. Eshwar Rao was the artist’s name. Using paper, a matchstick, and chalk, he created the duplicate.

The model was five and a half inches high by two and a half inches broad, according to the report. There is also a one-inch-tall statue of Lord Hanuman in front of the temple. Clay is used to create the figurine. He spent seven days building a small-scale Ram temple.
