Here’s Why an Old Video of Aamir Khan Shows Him Sticking Movie Posters on Auto Rickshaws

Aamir Khan, a Bollywood actor, is seen advertising his film “Qayamat se Qayamat Tak” in an unusual way in an old video that is presently going viral. In Mumbai, it is common to observe the actor affixing movie posters to various automobiles. ‘Mimansa Shekhar’, a Twitter user, posted the footage on the microblogging website and described how the actor and Raj Zutshi personally affixed movie posters to autorickshaws. This took place since the posters were intended to be inexpensive.

Aamir may be heard discussing his fear before to the film’s release in the voice-over that plays in the background of the video. He added that in the past, he had asked his friends to see the film. At the time, no one recognized him, and some even questioned his identity as Aamir Khan. Take a peek at the popular video right here:

“The intersection where they are sticking the posters on cars looked quite familiar, and then it occurred to me that it was the intersection for Mithibai College (my college in grades XI and XII). But QSQT was a few years ago,” a Twitter user said. Another individual said, “Whenever I cringe about shamelessly promoting my work, I just think about this time in Bollywood when actors were leaving no stone unturned to promote their movies.”
