Unbelievably, a man in Chennai beats his wife in public before being arrested
Chennai: A video showing a guy assaulting a lady on the street is going viral on social media.
The social networking site X was the source of the viral video that @chennaipolice_ posted, which depicts a guy called Roshan physically abusing his wife.

The description for the widely shared video reads, “The woman is Roshan’s wife, and he is the male in this video.” After attacking the woman, Roshan was taken into custody and is now the subject of an investigation.

According to a tweet made public by Chennai police, Roshan has been taken into custody and is the subject of ongoing investigations.
Since April 27, 2024, social media site X has had 239.3K views of the video.
On the other side, the violent video making the rounds on social media is receiving praise from netizens for the prompt response taken by the Chennai police.
“Thank you, Chennai Police,” a user said. “Kudos,” another individual said.
Another user comments, “Well done.”
A rise in police patrols around Chennai city was also sought by netizens due to the current spate of crimes.
