Put Bryan Johnson out of your mind! This 61-year-old guy, who spends Rs. 25 lakh a year, says he turned back time to when he was 38

A sixty-one-year-old guy said that he was 38 years old. American biohacker Dave Pascoe said he is little under 38 years old. He takes 158 pills daily and adheres to a rigid regimen to prevent his body from aging. Pascoe calculated that his annual living expenses come to around $30,000 (RS 25 lakh).

“I don’t want my life to end before my health does. On his website, Dave said, “My goal is to make them as equal as possible.”

Because he is “continuing to put in the necessary work now, if not well-past the age of 110, God willing,” Dave anticipates living to be 95 years old in “terrific shape.”

The anti-aging expert never wakes up with an alarm. His body naturally awakens before the sun rises. He stretches on the floor for fifteen minutes in the morning and spends five minutes on a small trampoline.

He waits an hour to take his first batch of 83 pills after cleaning his teeth.

He runs or takes a little stroll before working out with weights and resistance bands as part of the P90X program. He then unwinds in the sauna and does 45-minute meditation.

He has a green banana with chia, nut, and berry bowl for breakfast, and he drinks a smoothie for working out.

“Me time is very important to me, so I schedule it,” Dave said, “but I won’t turn down the chance to spend quality time with others.”

He usually forgoes lunch in favor of an early supper of organic, grass-fed beef, free-range poultry, or wild-caught fish between 3 and 5 p.m. Along with eating nutritious veggies at every meal, he also consumes fermented foods like sauerkraut.

Dave added, “I don’t pay attention to calories at all,” drawing a comparison between his experience and that of tech billionaire Bryan Johnson, who invests $2 million year in his anti-aging initiative Blueprint. I can eat as much as I desire without gaining weight and, it seems, without accelerating my aging process since I mostly restrict simple carbs.

He went on, “Unless what I made was too much for a single meal, I don’t eat the same item every day. In addition to variety, I aim for nutritional density. I want to provide even more different food options. All I have to do is schedule some time to try different ways of preparing them before adding them (like lentils and black beans).

Dave makes a list of his blessings for the day and prays before calling it a night.

While on vacation in Italy
Dave is now visiting Italy for a month. That means he will only eat at restaurants. At the moment, he only eats one substantial meal a day since locals don’t usually eat supper until nine o’clock.

Along with skipping his typical regimen of vitamins, workouts, and sauna time, he is traveling light and just carrying a bag. Since they are the smallest group, I simply carried my “On Waking” and “Morning” vitamins, he stated.

Dave went on, “I’ll be very interested in retesting when I come home to see what changes my epigenetic age scores and rate of aging will have made! They’ll be older and much quicker, I think. He’s “not greatly concerned,” however, about the disruption to his schedule since, when he gets home, he’ll resume his normal sleeping, eating, and exercising schedule.
