Watch: A Man from Meerut Worships a Shivling Before Taking Its Snake Statue With Him

Another mind-boggling film has returned to the Internet, leaving people perplexed. The video that went viral lately shows a robber breaking into a temple and taking Lord Shiva’s snake. The thief’s action before taking the snake statue with him astounded a lot of people. Indeed, this is not your typical theft case. The guy worshiped the idol before stealing the priceless object. He also made a bow before the other idols that were housed in the temple. The event, which happened in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, was captured on the temple’s CCTV system. The guy carrying a bag walks inside the temple at the start of the video. Then, in front of every idol in the temple, he folded his hands in prayer.

The guy settles down and places his suitcase on the ground next to Shivling while we go. In an instant, he stands and leaves the temple to see whether anybody is there. He quickly removes the snake statue from Shivling and packs it in his backpack after being reassured of his safety.

Police officers saw the footage and stepped in to reassure everyone that the offending party would face legal consequences.

This bizarre stealing incidence has been recorded on previous occasions. A guy from Uttar Pradesh’s Kaushambi district made news earlier in September 2023 when he stole a Shivaling from a shrine. It may shock you to learn why he went ahead and stole. His request to marry the lady of his dreams was not answered, so he made the decision to take the sacred idol. The people who lived there said that a guy by the name of Chhotu would go to the Shiva temple first thing in the morning in the hopes that God would help him convince his parents to approve of his marriage to the lady. Police detained the guy after the crime and found the stolen sword.
