YouTuber Abhradeep Saha disparages Narayana Murthy of Infosys in a recent Instagram post

In his last Instagram post before to passing away, prominent YouTuber Abhradeep Saha, better known by his stage name Angry Rantman, attacked Infosys founder Narayana Murthy. After suffering from multiple organ failure, 27-year-old Abhradeep Saha passed away in Bengaluru. renowned for his combative remarks, which he continued in his most recent Instagram post by berating businesspeople for his advice to young people to work seventy-two hours a week in order for India to compete with other economies.

On October 30, 2023, he remarked in the same Instagram post that business owners expect to work 70 hours a week but do not raise their pay. “We will work only for 50 hours,” he continued. We won’t even wait an additional hour since we work from 9 to 5. We want to get compensated for even an additional hour of labor.

One of his fans commented humorously on his video, stating, “When your boss asks you to work extra hours…!!!” Seventy hours a week, my FOOT. “I adore your Bengali accent,” said a another user.

Many people expressed their sorrow at his passing by writing, “Rip, we miss you, brother.” “OMG, look at the amount of frustration in his eyes,” was underlined by another person. This is the result of acting only out of financial motivation. You won’t notice how quickly time passes while you are engaged in something you like. Who could be more content and at ease?

The Death of Abhradeep Saha
Angry Rantman, a well-known YouTuber, Abhradeep Saha, was just 27 when he went suddenly. After a major operation last month, he had been admitted to the hospital, and on April 16, despite his best attempts to recuperate, he passed away. While the reason of his death has not been formally revealed, there are theories that suggest it could have been multiple organ failure brought on by post-operative complications.

The 70-Hour Week Remark of Narayana Murthy

In an interview from last year, the founder of Infosys, Narayana Murthy, said that the younger generation in India has to increase productivity and work hard—up to 70 hours a week—if they want to compete with countries that have advanced significantly over the last two to three decades.

Speaking on “The Record,” the first edition of 3one4 Capital’s podcast, Murthy emphasized how urgent it is to improve India’s labor productivity. He said that India will find it difficult to catch up to economies that have made tremendous strides in the last few decades unless its youth commit to working much longer hours.
