Calls from Nitish to Kejriwal and Other AAP Leaders

On Thursday, Nitish Kumar, the chief minister of Bihar, spoke with his counterparts from Delhi and Punjab, Arvind Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann, who are both in Patna for an important opposition conference. The head of the JD(U), Kumar, drove to the city hotel where Kejriwal, the founder of the Aam Aadmi Party, is staying with other AAP associates.

Raghav Chaddha, a Rajya Sabha representative for the AAP, posted images of the meeting’s proceedings on Twitter immediately after the guests left Takht Harmandir Patna Sahib, a Sikh temple constructed on the site of Guru Gobind Singh’s birth.

As he traveled the city meeting guests including West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee, CPI general secretary D Raja, and Dipankar of the CPI(ML) Liberation, Kumar, who is in his 70s, seemed to be busy as the ideal host.

The meeting will take conducted in Kumar’s home around noon on Friday, and more participants like Rahul Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge, Sharad Pawar, Akhilesh Yadav, Hemant Soren, and Farooq Abdullah are anticipated to arrive Friday morning.
