On his sixth try, a Bihar man passes the UPSC and obtains AIR 762

Few people are able to pass the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examinations. Thousands of students sit for the test each year in the hopes of becoming IAS or IFS public officers. The UPSC just made available the 2023 Civil Services Examination. There are 1,016 qualifying applicants in all, according to the announcement. Among them, in his sixth try, Bihar native Shahenshah Siddiqui obtained AIR 762.

West Champaran, Bihar’s Narkatiaganj is home to Shahenshah Siddiqui. Shabrun Nesha is a housewife, and her father, Muhammad Rizwanullah, is a retired teacher. After completing his education in his hometown, he hopes to join the government as a civil servant and advance the interests of the nation and society.

He attended Vinayak Mission University in Chennai to pursue his degree in civil engineering after graduating from TP Verma College in Narkatiaganj with his Class 12 diploma. Then he started working in journalism. He has four years of experience as a TV journalist for a news organization.

While his sister Khaleda Yasmie and younger brother Azad are at school, Shahnawaz Rizwan, the older brother of Shahenshah Siddiqui, works in social work. Shahenshah Siddiqui’s victory has made his family, relatives, neighbors, and community members very pleased, especially when it was made public that he passed the UPSC test. His success and unwavering will to pass one of the most difficult tests have set an example and made him an inspiration to many.

It takes a lot of effort, attention, and resolve to pass the UPSC tests. In spite of his five failures, Shahenshah Siddiqui persisted and balanced his study for the UPSC with his journalism career. He left his media work when he believed it was essential in order to better prepare himself and concentrate on his education. Ultimately, his family was pleased with his accomplishments when the findings were announced. He gave appreciation to his instructors and family for their unwavering encouragement and support.
