To enable PhonePe’s UPI International feature:
Go to the home screen by opening the UPI app.
Select the image of your profile.
Choose UPI International under Payment Settings.
After entering your UPI PIN, click Activate next to the appropriate bank account.
To use GooglePay to send money overseas:
Click Scan QR code while the GooglePay app is open.
Scan the QR code to make a purchase.
