India is exhibiting cutting-edge technology at the World Energy Congress

India is participating in the 26th World Energy Congress, which is taking place in the Netherlands from April 22 to 25, to showcase its cutting-edge technology and methods of producing electricity.

India is reaffirming its commitment to environmental protection on a global scale via the Congress Pavilion. Participating at the India Pavilion are Central Public Sector Enterprises from the Ministries of Power, New & Renewable Energy, Coal, and Petroleum & Natural Gas. Together, these enterprises attest to the nation’s leadership in the global energy transition.

India’s ambassador to the Netherlands, Reenat Sandhu, and Secretary of Power Pankaj Agarwal jointly opened the pavilion.

The event is being attended by CMDs and other senior officials from participating companies including NTPC, POWERGRID, PFC, REC, NHPC, SECI, IREDA, ONGC, and World Energy Council India, in addition to Additional Secretary, Ministry of Power, Srikant Nagulapalli.
