Infosys’ Q4 FY24 net profit increased by 30%

The largest player in the IT industry, Infosys, recorded revenue growth of 1.3% YoY in the fourth quarter of the just ended fiscal year 2023–24, with sales amounting to Rs 37,923 crore.

Additionally, Infosys’s net profit increased by 30% YoY to Rs 7,969 crore, as reported by the firm in its quarterly earnings report that was made public on Thursday. Additionally, Infosys predicted a growth trajectory in the region of 1 to 3 percent for the fiscal year 2024–2025.

The business also declared the acceptance of its purchase of in-tech Holding GmbH, a well-known provider of engineering R&D services.

“In the fiscal year 2024, we closed the largest transaction worth ever. This illustrates how much our customers trust us. Our generative AI skills keep getting better. Salil Parekh, CEO and MD, said, “We are working on client programs, leveraging large language models with impact across software engineering, process optimization, and customer support.”
