Raymond and Macrotech Developers award projects totaling Rs 549 crore to Capacit’e Infraprojects

On Thursday, Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited said that it has received orders from Raymond in Thane and Macrotech Developers in Worli, Mumbai, totaling Rs 549 crore (excluding GST).

The project from Macrotech Developers Ltd. (Lodha Group) for the company’s premium residential project in Worli, Mumbai, is valued at Rs 256 crore, according to a regulatory filing. A total of Rs 293 crore is included in the contract for the extra building in Thane and the expansion of the current building, which is related to the other order from Raymond Limited (Realty Division).
