The Mumbai-based real estate developer Godrej Properties Ltd. has accomplished impressive sales with its most recent project, Godrej Zenith, which is situated in Sector 89, Gurugram. According to a regulatory statement made by the firm early on Monday, the project was one of the most successful launches in terms of both value and volume of sales, having sold over 1,050 residences covering an area of over 2 million square feet.

This is the fourth time nationally and the second time in Gurugram that GPL has achieved launch sales above INR 2,000 crore in FY24. Godrej Zenith’s overall sales value exceeded INR 3,000 crores, securing its status as the company’s flagship project. Notably, Godrej Zenith is the biggest residential property in Gurugram to be developed by GPL.

The company’s sales in Gurugram increased by 473% in FY24 compared to the previous year, a sign of robust market demand. With regard to the future, GPL has a robust launch pipeline for FY25 that includes new initiatives in Sectors 103, 43, and 54. It is anticipated that these impending releases would increase GPL’s presence in the city.

The firm hit many milestones in only FY24. In addition to the triumph in Gurugram, GPL had record-breaking sales during its debut, surpassing INR 2,000 crore for the fourth time in the country. Godrej Reserve in Kandivali, Mumbai, and Godrej Aristocrat in Sector 49 on Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram, are two notable developments that have contributed to this accomplishment.
During Q2 FY24, GPL recorded revenues in excess of INR 2,000 crore from its Godrej Tropical Isle project, which is situated in Noida. These accomplishments highlight GPL’s strong position and ongoing success in India’s several real estate markets.
