Stocks to Keep an Eye on on February 20: Indian markets got off to a good start on Monday, as the Nifty reached record highs. Expecting gains in private capex and confidence about political stability, the wider market continued to outperform.

Whirlpool: According to sources, the promoter company, Whirlpool Mauritius (WML), which has a 75% ownership in the Indian subsidiary, is scheduled to sell 30.4 million shares, or 24% of the equity holding, in Whirlpool of India via block sales today at a price of Rs 1,230 per share.

Larsen & Toubro (L&T): The engineering giant is getting ready to start selling electrolysers commercially in September at a 50% lower cost than their European equivalents.

Vibhor Steel: Vibhor Steel shares will be listed on the markets for the first time today. Considering the high GMP of Rs 140 in the unlisted market, the listing is probably reliable.

ONGC: The merger of five companies—IECL, IENL, RHL, BHL, and SAIL—with IEL (absorbing company) has been accepted by the shareholders of ONGC’s step-down subsidiary, Imperial Energy.

Sula Vineyards: Morgan Stanley acquired a portion of the firm on Monday after Verlinvest Asia PTE sold its share via block agreements.

Balrampur Chini: To enter the Poly Lactic Acid Manufacturing market, up to Rs 2,000 crore would be invested over a 30-month period.

In contrast to a net loss of Rs 658 crore in the same period last year, CIE Automotive reports a consolidated net profit of Rs 169 crore for the December quarter.

Mastek: In exchange for 39,189 mandatory convertible preference shares, the board authorized the issue of up to 1.6 equity shares at a price of Rs 2,382 per share.

The board of Oriental Rail Infrastructure will convene on February 22 to discuss and authorize the distribution of 5.06 million equity shares and 7.50 million warrants that may be exchanged for equity shares at a price of Rs 169 each.

NBCC: Orders totaling Rs. 3,690 crore were secured.

Paisalo Digital: A board meeting is planned on February 22 to discuss a proposed fund-raising initiative.

The board of the ESAF Small Finance Bank will convene on February 23 to discuss a plan to raise money via the private placement of non-convertible debentures.

The board of Morepen Labs will meet on February 22 to discuss a proposal for money raising.
