2025 Will See The Release Of Premalu 2: Fahadh Faasil

A sequel to the Malayalam romantic superhit Premalu is in the works. At the film’s success ceremony, the directors of the film revealed the joyful news. Premalu, which was released earlier this year, made over Rs 100 crore at the box office, making it one of the largest Malayalam films ever.

According to the most recent information, a sequel called Premalu 2 is planned for the popular rom-com Premalu. According to sources, the news was revealed by Girish AD, the film’s director, at Premalu’s triumph party on Saturday in Kochi. The audience will see “more fun and energy than Premalu,” he claims. The movie is scheduled to be released in 2025.

Prominent actor Fahadh Faasil, who is one of the film’s producers, announced the news on his official Facebook page. “The biggest Rom-Com blockbuster in Malayalam cinema history will return in 2025,” he added. Now let’s play Premalu 2.” Along with the news, the actor sent an animated announcement banner.

SS Karthikeya, the movie’s Telugu distributor, announced the release of Premalu 2 on his official X account. “#Premalu was such a beautiful chapter in my life,” he tweeted. Premalu, directed by Girish AD, came out on February 9, 2024. He and Kiran Josey co-wrote the movie’s script. Naslen K. Gafoor and Mamitha Baiju in key roles, are among the cast members of the movie. Sangeeth Prathap, Shyam Mohan, and Akhila Bhargavan are behind them. Under the auspices of Bhavana Studios, Fahadh Faasil and Friends, and Working Class Hero, it was produced by Fahadh Faasil, Dileesh Pothan, and Syam Pushkaran. Vishnu Vijay created the film’s soundtrack, Ajmal Sabu handled the photography, and Akash Joseph Varghese handled the editing. Despite having a budget of only Rs 3 crore, the movie has made over Rs 136 crore at the box office.
