After 27 years of marriage, actor Hugh Jackman and his wife, fellow actress Deborra-Lee Furness, have announced their separation. However, the Australian pair is divorcing amicably and claims that they feel fortunate to have had a solid marriage that lasted for over 30 years.

The Australian pair stated, “We have been blessed to share almost three decades together as husband and wife in a wonderful, loving marriage,” in an interview with People magazine. We have chosen to split in order to pursue our own development since our path is changing right now.
