Mamata Banerjee accuses BJP of orchestrating Sandeshkhali incident in Lok Sabha poll

Chief Minister of West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee, questioned why Prime Minister Narendra Modi remained mute about a woman’s allegations that Governor C. V. Ananda Bose had molested her sexually on Saturday, accusing the BJP of orchestrating the Sandeshkhali episode.

The Sandeshkhali event was orchestrated in advance. It was expertly written by the BJP. The reality is now apparent. At an electoral rally in Chakdah, Nadia district, Banerjee said, “I have been saying this for a long time.”

“I haven’t seen the whole thing. “I’ll definitely watch it,” she continued.

In a video posted on social media on Saturday, TMC said that the Sandeshkhali incident was part of a BJP “conspiracy” to malign West Bengal in advance of the Lok Sabha elections.

She said, “PM Modi conveyed messages about Sandeshkhali, but he didn’t say anything about the Center’s representative, the governor’s sexual molestation problem.
