Police have filed a complaint against those selling pirated copies of the Shah Rukh Khan movie Jawan

The film and its trailer have both been leaked across several platforms as a result of Jawan’s growing popularity, which has led to a sharp increase in pirated material.Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment has taken severe disciplinary action against anyone who share the videos or post them to social media sites in an effort to address the problem. The production studio has recruited many anti-piracy organizations to actively search down people and organizations, who are then reported to the authorities for criminal prosecution for encouraging infringement.

Criminal charges were also made against people on Wednesday, September 13 who were found to have shared unlicensed movie material on WhatsApp and other platforms.

“Criminal and civil action is being taken against them for publishing pirated material of the film Jawan. We have already located pirated accounts operated by people across a variety of sites. The widespread problem of film industry piracy devalues the toil of thousands of workers involved in the production. According to a source cited by the production company, such illicit recording and leaking actions constitute fraud, theft, and an infringement or breach of intellectual property.

The production company has determined that the nature of the material piracy plainly demonstrates that it was illegally accessed and stolen by individuals who are illegally disseminating the same for monetary advantages. Furthermore, the accused would not have been able to do such an act without engaging in a criminal conspiracy. Therefore, both people and organisations will be the targets of illegal activity.

The Delhi High Court also ordered social networking networks, “shady” websites, cable TV providers, direct-to-home services, and other platforms to take down the stolen films of Jawan and to halt their distribution in April of this year. This happened when Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan’s production company, Red Chillies Entertainment, filed a complaint in court.

Red Chillies Entertainment forbade the use of cell phones and recording equipment on site throughout the production of Jawan as well. Leaks were prevented by doing this.

Atlee wrote and directed the movie Jawan, which has prominent performances by Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, Ridhi Dogra, and Vijay Sethupathi. In the film, Deepika Padukone also has a significant cameo role. At the box office as of right present, the movie has made around 350 crore rupees.
