“Billa,” starring Ajith Kumar, will have a special release on May 1
On May 1, the star actor’s birthday, Vishnuvardhan’s smash 2007 film “Billa,” starring Ajith Kumar, is scheduled to reopen theaters. This comes after the success of Mankatha. In addition to Ajith, Nayanthara, Rahman, Prabhu, Namitha, Santhanam, and John Vijay all had significant parts in the movie.
The movie’s first theatrical run began on December 14, 2007.After playing in theaters for 175 days, the movie was deemed a blockbuster. Along with the background music, Yuvan Shankar Raja’s songs from the movie were also tremendous hits. The movie will be rereleased in Tamil Nadu on more than 150 screens.
It’s interesting to note that this is not the first time the smash blockbuster movie has been rereleased. When the popular movie was rereleased in March 2021, fans delighted in seeing their idol’s production on a large screen for the first time.
The 1980 blockbuster movie Billa starring Rajinikanth is a reimagining of Amitabh Bachchan’s Don.
