BTS Jungkook becomes the first Asian to reach this milestone when he wins Male Artist of the Year at the People’s Choice Award in 2024

Jungkook, a member of BTS, is now serving in the armed forces and plans to return to show business in 2025. In spite of his brief hiatus from the spotlight, Jungkook has been drawing attention and reaching new professional benchmarks. The singer has just won the Male Artist of the Year prize at the People’s Choice Awards 2024, and the BTS ARMY is ecstatic. In addition, he is the first Asian to reach this achievement. In 2023, Jungkook released two solo tracks in addition to his first solo album.

For the song “Seven,” Jungkook joined up with American rapper Latto, and for the song “3D,” he teamed up with Jake Harlow. He worked with singer-songwriter Usher on the song “Standing Next To You” from his album “Golden.”

Usher previously discussed his motivation for working with Jungkook and gave respect to the dance choreography in the song video. “Standing Next to You was obviously a smash when Jungkook put it out,” Usher remarked in an interview with iHeartRadio to promote his most recent album. All I wanted was to take part in the enchantment.”

“I’m now realizing I have K-Pop fans,” he said. Thus, I suppose I need to work on it more, don’t I? This song is so great because it reminded me of early Michael. I was reminded of those times and of Rock With You by something about it.”

The song “Standing Next To You” is from Jungkook’s “Golden” album. There are 11 songs on the album, including the hits “3D (feat. Jack Harlow)” and “Seven (feat. Latto).” ‘Closer To You’, a song by Jamaican-American DJ group Major Lazer, will be included in the second one. “Yes or No,” “Please Don’t Change,” “Somebody,” “Shot Glass of Tears,” “Hate You,” and “Too Sad to Dance” are the other songs. For “Golden,” Jungkook will collaborate with well-known foreign performers including Shawn Mendes and Ed Sheeran.

BigHit Music announced in an announcement for Jungkook’s album, “Hello. This music is a BIGHIT. We are thrilled to declare that Jung Kook, a member of BTS, has released his solo album, “GOLDEN.” The album “GOLDEN” draws inspiration from solo artists, BTS’s golden maknae, and Jung Kook’s golden moments.

In 2025, Jungkook will make a comeback and form a group with his other BTS members.
