Day 8 Box Office Collection for Maidaan: Ajay Devgn’s Sports Drama Gets Off to a Successful Start

On its seventh day of release, Maidaan, the sports drama starring Ajay Devgn, is still doing well at the box office. While competing with other movies, such as Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, starring Tiger Shroff and Akshay Kumar, Maidaan is gradually approaching the ₹30 crore mark.

After earning ₹1.15 crore on the seventh day, the movie’s total earnings stood at ₹28.25 crore. Maidaan, which was released on April 10, tells the story of Syed Abdul Rahim, the manager and coach of the Indian football team in the 1950s and 1960s, and his inspirational journey. One of the best parts of the movie, which has drawn mixed reviews from both reviewers and viewers, is Devgn’s depiction of Rahim.

After a little decline over the weekend, Maidaan saw a minor increase in revenue, making around ₹2 crore on Wednesday, based on preliminary estimates.
