Vicky Kaushal performs a quirky bhajan for Lord Krishna in the song “Kanhaiya Twitter Pe Aaja”
Vicky Kaushal, a Bollywood actor, has been identified as the much-anticipated singing superstar Bhajan Kumar, whom Yash Raj Films was planning to introduce with much pomp. In The Great Indian Family (TGIF), Vicky portrays Bhajan Kumar, a popular local singer. Vicky’s identity as Bhajan Kumar was revealed today, and the movie’s opening song, Kanhaiya Twitter Pe Aaja, which serves as Vicky’s major entrance song, was also released by the production company.
Prior to the song’s release, Yash Raj Films shared a photo of Vicky dressed as the movie’s “singing sensation” Bhajan Kumar on their Instagram account on Tuesday.
“I play a singing star named Bhajan Kumar in the quirky family comedy The Great Indian Family, and we decided to have some fun before we actually revealed that I was playing this character in the movie,” Vicky Kaushal said while discussing it.
He said, “As an actor, I want to make people smile, and I hope I was able to do that. The result is that the secret is now out! I’m hoping everyone like my new TGIF avatar. I’m interested to see how audiences react to Bhajan Kumar. I’m aware that I gave all I had to bring him to life on the big screen.

The first artistic partnership between YRF and Vicky Kaushal was the Vijay Krishna Acharya-helmed film TGIF. Amitabh Bhattacharya and Pritam collaborated on the composition and lyrics for Kanhaiya Twitter Pe Aaja. On September 22, the movie will have a global premiere.
