Director Srinivas Raju will direct a biography on the Ram Temple in Ayodhya

There is a biography being developed on the Ram temple in Ayodhya. Srinivasa Raju is directing this historical drama, which revolves on the dedication of Lord Ram’s statue at Ayodhya. On the occasion of Ram Navami on Wednesday, the announcement was made.

“The installation of Sri Rama at his birthplace took five hundred years. After Ayodhya’s Babri Masjid was built in 1528, there were intense protests to establish Sri Ram’s temple there. The legal disputes intensified, and Srinivasa Raju said, “It is possible that a case pertaining to Sri Ram’s birthplace has been pending in any court for more than a century.”

Eventually, in 2019, the Ayodhya court gave the go-ahead for the building of Sri Ram’s temple. Millions of people’s wishes were realized when Sri Rama was installed in January 2024, according to Srinivas Raju, who is thrilled to see the movie, which is based on the Rama temple in Ayodhya, come to life on the big screen.

The slogan ‘Satyam Shivam Sundaram’ has importance for the creators of the film, even if the official title has not yet been revealed. Under the Trishul Entertainment label, Prashanth G Rudrappa, who is currently financing Srinivas Raju’s film Krishnam Pranaya Sakhi, which stars Ganesh, will also produce this movie.

“Most biopics focus on certain people, but I think Sri Ram Temple in Ayodhya is the only temple to have a biopic. I am trying to put roughly five hundred years of history on screen in Kannada, and it will be available in many languages. The history of Sri Ram Temple, which King Vikramaditya founded originally before Babri Masjid was built, will also be told in this movie. I will include some Ramayana elements into this. This is not the whole Ramayana, however. Along with Tulsidas, other characters like Dasharatha, Ram, Sita, Hanuman, Vali, and Valmiki will be depicted. The three-part film, which will be titled “Satyam Shivam Sundaram,” would showcase Sri Rama’s perfect attributes, according to Srinivas.

The movie is still in its early phases, and the producers want to include eminent performers and technicians from several states and languages. The filmmaker adds, “I’ve written the story and screenplay, and I’m glad to officially unveil this on the occasion of Sri Ram Navami.” The project’s title and other information will be released shortly.
