I have no idea how I was able to get an internship with the trains. So I worked for the railways as an intern. I realized after completing the internship that a 9–5 job is not really worth it.

I am aware of my goals. My third year, I was employed. I process a lot on a personal level. Acting was my dream, but I had to first assess my current situation. I enrolled in a one-month training at the acting institute of Anupam Kher, Sir. I completed a course part-time. I completed my college education.

My visitation hours used to be 7.30–9.30p.m. I used to travel, but I kept my mother in the dark. so I didn’t want to frighten them. You get to perform in a play after a month. They responded to me in a really forceful manner. After graduation, I received a theater offer and worked in the field for six months. As Anupam Sir was casting, he shared my profile with me. And that’s where I got Kumkum Bhagya.

Speaking further, Maira stated, “I don’t know how I got it,” referring to her experience as an intern with the trains. I went in for an interview just now. They wanted to know whether I could create software.

My internship started when I said “I can.” I used to go back to work from 9 to 5. That took place fairly quickly. However, being creative prevents you from coding when stationary. The clock never seemed to stop in that job, but with acting, we put in twelve or thirteen hours a day, even if it doesn’t seem like it.

Maira most recently completed filming Dalchini, in which she plays the lead role.
