Khushalii Kumar on how she persuaded her mother to support her in pursuing her acting career

Actress Khushalii Kumar has been performing in motion pictures. Khushalii, who was most recently featured in Starfish, has been in movies including Dhokha and the short Jeena Mushkil Hai Yaar. Khushalii has worked extensively in the design industry and has also worked as a fashion designer, however her current interest is performing.

Khushalii informs us, recalling that period of her life, “I’ve always had a talent for design.I used to cut my mother’s sarees and use the fabric to create various crafts. My mother encouraged me to pursue design further in some way, and I did. As soon as I got going, I made several stunning gowns. I had a sizable UAE buyer database that was eager to purchase my gowns and dresses at a competitive price. Observing the type of reaction my art was eliciting delighted me.

Khushalii continued to do fashion presentations in Paris, New York, and other locations without ever stopping after that. “I was holding around fifty to sixty businesses worldwide. High-end boutiques sold out of my clothes. I was ecstatic. However, there was one item that I wasn’t really satisfied with. I used to weep and tell my mother that acting was my passion and that’s what I wanted to do every time I would go home,” the actress recalls.

“I’ve had customers tell me that my outfits have a story,” she goes on. They referred to it as an artistic medium in which I used my creations to communicate my feelings. Through my inventions, I was able to fulfill my ambition of performing. I finally succeeded in persuading my mother, and I fulfilled my lifelong desire.
